Our Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the original delivery date and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Condition: Returned watches must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original packaging, papers, boxes, certificates, and accessories.
- Approval: All return requests are reviewed and must be approved before an item is shipped back to us.
Exceptions
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions may have limited or no return eligibility.
- Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Sourced or special-order watches procured specifically for a client are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Consignment sales are final; proceeds are remitted to the consignor upon sale.
- Watches marked "Price on Request" may also be non-returnable. Please confirm eligibility before purchase.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, contact us within the eligibility window with your order details and the reason for your request. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and provide instructions for returning it.
Refund Method
If a return is approved, your refund (less the applicable restocking fee) will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where possible.
